Valmorel ski resort

One of the Alps hidden treasures, Valmorel is a beautiful and unspoilt ski resort, where the pistes extend right into the village. An efficient lift system gives access to 162 km of superb ski runs both above and below the tree line. The ski area offers unspoilt scenery matched with quiet pistes which are ideal for all abilities. The uncrowded pistes provide a superb environment for children to learn to ski or board. The resort is popular with families and those wanting a relaxing holiday, offering cafe's and bars to sit at during the day and friendly après ski in the evening. The main area of Valmorel is pedestrianised so it has a peaceful and safe environment, being purpose built all the accommodations offer comfortable and modern facilities. The chalets in Valmorel are ideal size for families as they can easily occupy the whole property

Chamonix ski resort

Internationally renowned, the cosmopolitan resort of Chamonix lies at the foot of the majestic Mont Blanc, Europe's highest mountain. Visitors come from all over the world to discover some of the most challenging pistes and off piste including the famous "Vallee Blanche" boasting 24 km of breathtaking scenery. High-performance lifts provide easy access to 5 different ski areas, providing slopes for all standards of skier. There is a regular ski bus, which runs to all the different ski areas, all our properties are located close to bus stops. Chamonix itself is a haven of shops, bars, restaurants, non-skiing activities and apres ski haunts making it a no. 1 destination for all. We recommend Chamonix for intermediate and advanced skiers or boarders as the slopes can be challenging.

Alpe d'Huez ski resort

The lively resort of Alpe d'Huez is set on a high, sunny plateau at 1850m, in the Grande Rousses area of the Southern Alpes. Renowned for its sunshine record, it has an excellent lift system with extensive skiing on offer for all abilities. The resort boasts great snow conditions due to its altitude and it is capped with a glacier that is home to some long black runs that make their way back to the resort. There are also some great green and blue runs around the resort that give extensive learning areas. The resort offers extensive leisure facilities, good child care, lively nightlife and superb skiing for everyone, making it an ideal choice for families, mixed-ability parties, groups and non skiers alike.

Les Menuires ski resort

At 1850m Les Menuires provides an excellent base with its own amenities and a lift system that links the resort directly into the Val Thorens and 3 Valleys ski area. Our accommodation is positioned in the Reberty and Bruyeres area of Les Menuires. The resort of Les Menuires is very much purpose built in style whilst the chalets in the Reberty area have been constructed to a traditional pattern and high standards. The attraction to Les Menuires is that it can offer you great value accommodation with access to one of the largest ski and boarding areas in the world.

Tignes ski resort

Renowned for its high, snowsure pistes, the purpose-built resort of Tignes boasts 365 days of skiing and has some of the most exciting and challenging ski terrain in Europe. The resort is made up of 3 main centres, Tignes Le Lac, Le Lavachet and Val Claret, all of which are linked by a free ski bus. The Espace Killy lift pass connects Tignes to its famous neighbour, Val d'Isère, by an extensive lift system and by bus (local charge). When all resorts are functional, the lift pass is valid for one day's skiing in Les Arcs, La Plagne or the 3 Vallées. Ask your Neilson representative where the best runs are in order to experience the true extent of this vast area. There has been extensive work over the past few years to up date lift systems and the road network in Tignes all this has enhanced the resorts atmosphere and its skiing/boarding.
